The carpet is VERY clean and it stays clean much longer. Also, the drying time is shorter than other cleaners. I do recommend Zerorez to my friends & family and I will never use another service! The tech who did my carpet on Friday the 21st was exceptional!!

Your employees did a very thorough job in a relatively short period of time once they got started.
The only trouble we had was that they weren't prepared to do a 2 story house and the equipment kept breaking down. The pre-treatment sprayer wasn't working and the steam head got clogged.
My filthy 18 year old carpet came out looking fantastic. I offered when they came that with carpet that old, I didn't expect a miracle. Well I got one! My carpet looked fantastic. I also got my tile done. Although expensive it was absolutely worth it. It came out looking like a new home.

The upstairs carpets were cleaned and the cleaner said it would be wet and that I would just need to vacuum afterwards. After it dried and we vacuumed it still looked pretty bad. I rented a cleaner two months ago and they were very clean. The cleaner implied they became dirty because we used chemicals from Lowe's.
I was very disappointed in the cleaning.
My wife also said we were suppose to get a discount certificate for another cleaning.
The technician was great - courteous, thorough, explained things. The carpet looked like new when he finished. Within a week the high-traffic area in the master bedroom was looking dingy again. I am very disappointed. I spent the extra money for the protection spray on the carpet so it would not get soiled again - but it is not looking like it looked when he finished. So, while I like the results overall, I do not like the look in that one area and would have to tell someone that if I recommended Zerorez.
The committment to do whatever it takes for customer satisfaction is an attitude not often found in businesses these days. Thanks for that committment.

I was surprised that you offered other services as well
our appt was scheduled for a 4p-6p window. We have young children and purposely stayed away during that block to be out of the way. The service man showed up after 7p and did not finish until close to 9p. He was friendly and courteous and worked hard but the agents we dealt with on the phone to set appt and check status were matter of fact and showed no concern that we were inconvenienced.

Service was great! Zerorez cleaned my carpet in a way that made my carpet looking brand new! They had a brush that they use before cleaning and that made the carpet fluffy and then they started cleaning. Iam now their customer forever.

serviceman was very professional and friendly. There are no chemicals and the process left the carpet feeling very fluffy and clean considering it's about 6 years old. It was very dirty before we had the cleaning done and we're very pleased with the results. While it doesn't look brand new, considering the age it looks good!
Your technician, Daniel, was wonderful. He pointed out some things on my carpet and explained the process. He was polite and worked at a steady pace. However, I think your company needs to rethink what you use for removing spots/stains. That's all I have to say.
I was impressed that your employee was able to find areas where my dog had urinated on the carpet and used special products to clean those areas. Our carpet looks very clean and feels soft without any soap residue.
After the carpets were cleaned, the solution was partially poured on our grass which is now dead in spots. Hopefully it will grow back. Other than that I was satisfied with the carpet cleaning.
