So far the carpet areas cleaned remain clean looking. I hope that lasts.

Contrary to a few reviews online and input from a close friend who has used Zerorez, your tech Jared did not try to pressure me to buy more services than I originally requested.

What do you like about our products and services?

There is no soap residue. All difficult spots were successfully removed, even some that had remained after previous cleanings. Luke, the service person, carefully explained the procedure he would use. He warned us about the slipping hazard when moving from the wet carpet to the tile floor in the kitchen. He was polite, pleasant, and a diligent worker. He delivered the service that had been promised in your ads.

What do you like about our products and services?

The carpet looks amazing! Cody was awesome...great young man. Helped us w/moving furniture, pleasant personality, very knowledgeable, and worked really hard!!! I'll ask for him next time.

So far none of the old dirty traffic patterns have returned...time will tell of course.

What could we do to improve?

Adjust your price quotes with your advertising. I called to inquire about 3 rooms or 4 cleaned for $99. I was told I would have had to call the newspaper ad number. I had used my receipt from the previous cleaning to get your phone number. Pricing needs to be consistant..

Carpets stay cleaner longer than after traditional caroet cleaning.
Carpets don't have that crunchy dried soap texture after drying.

Zerorez cleans my carpets, rugs and upholstery better than any of the other companies I've used over the past 28 years. I wish I'd tried them sooner.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

When your truck broke down you made no effort to accommodate for the inconvience. My furniture was all moved and I had to live with my house like that for two days. I also had to move some furniture twice. You never offered to compensate for the hassle. I had to call and ask for a discount and when you agreed you only gave the price of one room. $32. I felt that was not very generous on your part. I understand that it couldn't be helped that the truck broke down but making me wait two days for service and only giving me $32 dollars didn't feel like much of an " I'm sorry"

My carpet does seem to be as clean as it possibly could be. Unfortunately, some of the pet stains from previous tenants aren't coming out; they've dyed the fibers. Also, a faint odor still remains in the one area used as a pee area. You do a great job, but you're not miracle workers.

I was dissapointed when y'all didn't show up on the day I scheduled you to come. I had to rearrange my plans again for to come a few days later.

Also, I felt deceived when y'all said I would get a $50 gift card for not showing up on the right day. No one explained it was$50 off an additional service that I would have to pay for!

Also, you left a huge dead spot in my grass where I assume the truck was leaking steam or something.
