I have used Zerorez in the past and I do like your process. There was one side of the bed that was missed. The carpet was not even wet.
Very quick and painless. My guy was cutting it close on time but still made it and made the effort to show me that I mattered by going above and beyond on the clean. I was very impressed. I have not been able to receive my Fuller's gift card yet so I am still waiting on how to receive that.

We had Zerorez clean our 2 area rugs, laid out in the garage. After we gave them a couple days to dry, 1 of them still smells like dog! The reason we are so dissatisfied is that we invited them in for their $99 for 4 rooms special, although we only had 2 carpeted rooms, and paid a huge price for the 2 area rugs and expected them smelling fresh after they dried...

like that you don't use soaps and our carpet looked very good after the cleaning. Richard was very polite and did a wonderful job! We would request him again in the future.

My carpet looks great, but my entry slate flooring is a mess. I am getting ready to mop it for the 4th time. ZEROREZ has something that I can NOT get off my floor.
Michael our tech did a wonderful job and was very conscientous in our home. Two weeks later, carpet still looks great.
No residue and your people are so accommodating and bend over backwards to help the customer. Keep it up, you are the only one to call, the others ruin your carpets by soaking them and starting a rotting process. Thank you so muck.
First appointment didn't call until very end of window to say having issues and wouldn;t be ablt to come until 800 or later...window ended at 6:30
