The carpets were cleaner than any other company has done. Joe was great to
explain everything not only to me but also to my husband when he came in before Joe
was finished cleaning the carpets. Also the carpet seem to dry quicker than it has when cleaned by other services. It was a very good job and we have no complaints.
The results was good. I appreciate the way the tech was so friendly and professional.Only a few spots to do over.

We have used your service twice and while satisfied with the results of the cleaning, we still have not received the promotional coupons we were promised. My wife called your offices and was assured they would be mailed. It is 22 days after the fact and we've resigned ourselves to the fact that your promotional promises are empty.
You have a good product, your services have left my carpets in a much better state. I like that there is no residue and there isn’t a remnant of a chemical odor. Just go with that. Don't tell me you're going to give me coupons for additional Zerorez services or to local restaurants and then not come through.
Just a thought, maybe you should train your service technicians to hand over the promotional items as soon as they arrive instead of forcing the customer to have to ask for them once service is completed. If it's promised the customer shouldn’t have to ask for it.
Unfortunately I was put into the position where I had to ask, only to have your service technician look at me like I'm crazy when I did. He scrambled for an excuse, eventually telling me he doesn’t have any coupons in the truck and that in order to get those promotional items one has to call the office.
My wife called the offices and was told that the technician has the coupons. She explained that he had told us he did not have them. She also explained that he had already left so it was impossible for us to ask him again. Your representative them argued that the additional service coupon would have to have been used on THAT visit, not a future visit, so we would not be receiving that coupon. The rep said the restaurant coupon would be mailed.
I don't pretend to know it all, but at the point where the customer has to call the office to ask for something that is being highly promoted on radio ads shouldn't the company representative be apologetic and do what he/she can to assure the customer that things will be rectified? Then, most importantly, follow through and actually remedy the problem?
At this point, you don't need to worry about sending me a coupon for future services as I will not be using your company for my carpet cleaning. You can keep the restaurant coupon as well and have dinner on me. No need to thank me.
There are many other carpet cleaning services in the Dallas Fort worth area. I'm going to find one that values me as a customer and doesn’t react as if I'm inconveniencing them when I ask for something that they promised to give me.
First let me say that Paul the tech that came to my home was very professional he was the only reason I used the service. I was quoted one price on the phone and another when tech arrived at my home.I called the office and told the representative the problem, he without saying I'm sorry about the mix up what can we do to correct this he just said well you can refuse the service. So I talked to his boss and had to negotiate a new price. They should have honored the quote I was given. I felt like I had the old bait a switch used on me. Zerorez has lost my business forever.

You followed up and did everything you said you would do and in a timely manner! My first contact person (Edwin) listened, answered my questions in a courteous way along with explaining what procedures to expect and when. The technician arrived within the time quoted and walked me through the process and "up sold" an additional treatment! He was very knowledgeabe, professional, pleasant and business like.
I know that if any spots reappear within the 30 days allowed, that I can contact you for correction.

Very, Very expensive. Did some price quotes after I had the grout cleaned and sealed and other places charge a forth of what I was charged from you guys for the same service. I was charged nearly $50 to clean a closet floor. Our house is very nice and the carpets weren't even noticeably soiled. I usually have the carpets cleaned 2-3 times a year even though you can't see the dirt, I know that they need it.

The rugs in my apt are 8 years old. I have used your service twice and have been completely satisfied with the results. Your techs have done a great job . They are very informative about the work they do and very courteous. My carpets look like new when the job is done, great service.
We had a small area of carpet that my dog had decided to pee on a couple of times. We wanted to get the pet treatment for that area only. The technician quoted us $250 to treat that area (in addition to the $$ to do a general clean on the carpets). We decided to just do the regular treatment. If we can't get the smell out with enzymes from the pet store, we'll just replace the carpet pad (and carpet if we need to). The cost for that treatment was WAY too high.
