Making it clear up front that you don't move furniture and that you do not clean the edges of the carpet without paying extra.

The fresh smell & organic solutions. It was the first time I had carpets cleaned that the smell didn't bother me. Your servicemen were very polite & courteous. They went right to work after talking with me & I watched them do a very good job.
Your tech did not arrive to my home until 5:40pm, well beyond the afternoon window. Our evening plans were disrupted as a result
Service was excellent and the results were totally to my liking.
The technician was extremely nice and took the time to not only explain the process but also gave me tips in general carpet maintenance. I had rooms that I didn't want cleaned but there were dark lines in the doorway that he took care of for me. Super job and great service. He also mentioned air filters offered by the company that I will definitely take advantage of.

On my first appointment and your first try cleaning my house,your worker left my floors wet as he said his fan was not working. Once dried the floors looked smeared, felt "chaulky" and had apparent sealant buildup in areas. I called got re-appointment, the reappointment was for a 430 to 630 window. At 650 PM after no-show or call, I called your office and your rep who answered phone said person was running late and would be to my home around 730. About 5 minutes later someone called me "saying he was "regional manager" and that he was on far side of Ft. Worth and he could not make it to my home until after 900 PM. He cancelled and also felt the need to share all his days troubles with my and how all his other client made him re-do their entire jobs. I called back next day and your Representative said they wanted to come on Friday or Saturday but could not guarantee any time, said anytime between about 8am and 6pm. This was unacceptable to me. Next day I called and spoke to a woman and immediately asked for a mananger. After 5 minutes on hold I was told the manager was in a meeting but they would have someone at my house on Monday. A manager would not take my call after a bad job and another missed (by your rep) appointment. Really? On Monday a young man arrived at my home and went I showed him the streaked and chaulky floor his reponse was he did not see it and then "that is how the tile is" and further it was footprints, acting like I was being unreasonable. He said then he would redo and reapply sealer. I mentioned it looked like it could be wiped up however I did not do so because I had paid $335.00 plus tax to get it done. So he got a couple micro fiber towels, put tap water (yes tap water) on them and proceeded to wipe up about a five to six square foot area in my kitchen. When I pointed out it was streaking further he got more agitated and then wiped up about a one square foot area of my bathroom the same way. I could tell it was going nowhere. I was not interested being insulted that he could not see all the streaking I could see on the floors. Furthermore, his agitation whereas he kept saying in a curt tone "Is there anything more I can do for you today?". Amazingly he dragged the hose and equipment into my home but he only used his cleaning equipment on a small landing area of my front door, oddly I did not even point out that area. As I was taking off-work to do this and this visit was unproductive and he seemed agitiated and put out, for my own satisfaction, I had asked him to hit an area of carpet about the size of a softball where my dog vomited (no chunks) the previous day. He said to do that he would call corporate to get a quote, he said that the pet satin fee was $80. but that would not cost that much. No joke in about 5 or 6 runs of his sweeper of the softball sized area, about a minute's time, he said that was $80 (again in a agitated tone) but he would not charge for all my troubles.
Bottom line, Initially my order was for a $99.00 "Four Room Special" and I was told there would be a $10 gas fee. Upon arrival at my home on the first appointment your rep Ron Self agreed to include the tile floors for $325.00 plus $10 and tax.
I am requesting a refund of the additional $226.00 fees charged for cleaning the tile floors that were not cleaned properly, the second appointment cancelled by your "District Manager" and the fact that your second visit to my home your rep's inability to recognize or acknowledge a poorly done job. Please refund the $226.00 partial payment to my credit card.
on time does not take long can walk on it. no long time to dry. no odor.
I had two pet stains - vomit - that i had hoped you could "spot treat" first but was told i had to have the entire room treated to prevent the spread of something or other. I don't usually have problems with the dogs so it wasn't worth it to me to have the entire room done. And the two spots appear to still be there though admitedly less. Historically with carpet cleaning, I've found that "time will tell" and I'll be more than happy to give a fair assessment in a month. I am very happy with how it looks overall and the "freshness". I had two people recommend you and they are very happy still so i'm sure i will be as well.

My rugs were taken to clean...I was told they would be returned 3-4 days....it's been 2 1/2 weeks and I've made multiple phone calls and given very POOR customer service over the phone. I just want MY rugs back!!!!!

Customer Service was absolutely lacking. The Technician who came out was excellent. Nobody in Customer Service would tell us what the problem was and why it was so late before the tech got there. Your customer service agents need to be more truthful about the problems and stop telling people they will call you back and not do it.
