I was pleased with the work but a spot came back. Kevin said he would come back and made an appointment but has not returned. I would like for the spot to be redone. I called the day after the original service.

You claim that ou have zero residue, yet spots were left on our tile and very slippery conditions all around. That leads me to believe some residue was left behind. Also, the lawn now has dead grass in the shape of your hoses that went inside. WHAT are you putting in our house, on our carpets, and on our sofas???
Carpets are cleaner than before your team arrived but don't appear to be any cleaner or, in some cases, as clean as another carpet cleaning company I have used in the past.
It dries very quickly.
You have always provided excellent service, the tech new what needed to be done and explained it to me. He did great.
The products you guys use are safe for my pet,so that is plus.

My technician Daniel was great. He was informative and very knowledgeable. He took time to answer all of my questions. He explained the Zerorez cleaning process, how it works, and how it is different than your compeititors. He did a great job cleaning my carpets, rugs, and couch at a very good price.
I was told you would move items that were 50 pounds or lighter, & that did not happen. he just cleaned around them, leaving to sizable spots in one of my bedrooms uncleaned.

The two service men were very professional,knowledgeable on the product did not pressure you into doing upgrades on the carpeting. I have white carpet and this is the first time that it actually is white. They were able to get out stains such as coffee, coke, red juice. I have already been telling friends what's great company ZEROREZ is.
The technician seemed to truly love his job and was enthusiastic as he explained each step. The carpet feels soft, smells fresh and looks like new!

The Tech Randy Jones was very professional in the service he gave us. Our carpet is over 20 years old and we had been talking about replacing it. We have never had our carpets cleaned by a professional company. I would do the steam cleaning ourself. I kept noticing that each time I cleaned it, the carpet would get dirtier quicker each time. Randy used a special light to show me the stains that the soap was leaving in the carpet because our machine was not strong enough to pull the water and soap out. I was amazed at the results!!! Looks like new carpet. Needless to say we are not thinking about replacing the carpet. Randy is a wonderful asset to your company!!! His politeness and desire to please is very refreshing in this day and age. Thanks for the restoring of our carpet!!! Great job!!!
Teach the people in your office how to properly schedule. And don't send out trucks that aren't running properly. It took 3 appt. to finally get you to show up.
Got an appointment quickly. Technician was thorough and professional. Carpets look great after the cleaning and dry quickly.
Your representative was the best I have ever had I will continue to use zerorez and will recommend highly to others.
Be 100% transparent when the appointment is set w/r/t your fees and charges. Do not advertise a $99 special then tack on a $10 fuel charge. This is not an ethical practise.
carpet was soft and appears a stubborn stain has been lifted.
Making it clear up front that you don't move furniture and that you do not clean the edges of the carpet without paying extra.
