I had heard about Zerorez on 660AM...liked the "green" idea of cleaning. I could not be more
pleased with the follow-up phone call giving me the time rep would be at my home...being here
on time, explaining whole cleaning process from concept to completion. I had five rugs to clean, and they look gorgeous...all stains were erased, nap is softer, and colors are as pretty as the original day of purchase. I've already called several friends, and told them about the exemplary courteous service, and the "beyond my expectations" results.

Ernest did an outstanding job...most professional and a super hard worker. The carpets were dry when we got home from work. First time ever that has happened. We had used Zerorez last year (also in year's past) but didn't seem to have the same results as when Ernest did it on Wednesday. thank you!

Professional and courteous technician. Sofa looks great. I would suggest that customer service should mention the specials when scheduling the appointments - I could have saved $50.
The technician did a great job. However, he had problems with his equipment and caused me to be late for an appointment. You management took off a small amount of my total bill. I felt that the amount should have been more. I understand that this probably never happens. Your cost is a little high for the amount of rooms I had cleaned.
I like the green of it. I really appreciated Randy Jones. He was very professional yet personable. He went above and beyond my expectations. I have already recommended you all to others and will continue to do so. Thank you so much for good quality work and wonderful people you have working for you.

I like the service far better than Stanley Steamer and that's why I switched a while back, I even referred my friends to Zerorez in our HOA.

I was very impressed with Justin. He explained his recommendations and went about his work. Very professional. We are very pleased with the results. The carpet looks and feels brand new. We have tried 3 other carpet cleaning services in the last few years and had issues with all of them. We will definitely use Zerorez again and will recommend it to our friends. We plan to have you back soon to clean our tile and perhaps the A/C ducts.

Every time Zerorez has come to my home, the difference in how the carpet FEELS is amazing! Yes, it's clean, but feels so much fluffier and softer! The techs who have cleaned are always very polite, courteous and thorough in explaining what they're doing and why.
Pricing needs to be adjusted - or your advertisement does. I'm not stupid, and I know $99 is never the price of anything, but my price more than QUADRUPLED. That's not good for business.

The service was very good. Our service technician was Brandon and he arrived on time and was very helpful and did a really good job. We were very happy with our experience with zerorez and would recommend them to anyone. We heard their advertisement on the radio about them doing three rooms for $99. They cleaned all three rooms for $99 and they looked great. Brandon was very friendly and helpful to us and did a great job. We were very happy with our experience. Zerorez is a great company to use in te carpet cleaning business.
