I was hoping for a miracle, but not expecting one. Earnest did a great job, was friendly and professional, and worked quickly. ZeroRez brought new life to dead carpet and got all the stains out. My kids were playing in the floor the next day and I didn't have to worry about harsh chemicals.

The technician who came was very polite and did an excelent job. My carpet had old pet stains some up to a year old and I was very pleased with the results.
I had movers working the morning of our Zerorez service, which was scheduled for that afternoon. Due to this, I had to leave the house and was going to be unavailable for the ZR rep that afternoon. I left a note on the door and left it unlocked hoping that Chris would be understanding and work with my schedule. Chris was not the rep that showed up, but the one that did was just as awesome. He called me on my cell phone, and assured me that he would go ahead and get started, and that I could pay my bill over the phone when he was done. I was unable to get back to the house until much later than I expected, but found that the ZR service had gone above and beyond. He had picked up a few things that we had left on the floor and completed the service and the floors looked great! He left a hard copy receipt, and like he promised, I was able to pay the bill by phone. As many things that I had going on that day, his willingness to work with MY schedule was priceless to me. I will definitely use ZR for future services, and definitely recommend them above any other carpet cleaning companies. Thank you so much!

1. No chemicals except pre-treatment. 2. Technicians have always been very friendly, efficient and are not pushy about products or services; that would cause us to stop using you. 3. Carpets seem to dry quicker than with other companies. 4. Prices are good.
When I booked the appointment they said that they could be there at 8:30 am. The tech did not arrive until 10:45 am. I called the dispatchers 4 times and every time they lied to me. 8:30 am they said he would be there in a few minutes. 9:45 they said he was pulling up to my house. 10:00 they said he was stuck in traffic. 11:00 they said he would be there in 20 minutes. tech got there and told me his truck was in the shop. The tech should always call the customer instead of dispatchers lying to customers.
You truly leave no residue in the carpet and they always come out clean. Your service is always courteous and appointments are flexible. WE are particularly fond of the spot powder your drivers usually refill for us when they come, that stuff works great. We forgot to ask for a refill on the last cleaning. It would be great if the driver asked us as we forgot. No problem we will try to remember next time to get a refill.

No soap, very nice guy who came to clean the carpets. he explained everything to me and showed me an example of what he was going to be doing.
Your website is no functional. I lost time trying to make an appointment, waiting for a reply that never came.
Carpet stays cleaner longer. Your employee Justin Watts did a great job. He explained all of the products and benefits of Zerorez. he was courteous and efficient. Stains are gone and my carpet is clean and fresh.

None of the stains were removed. I never received the gift certificate. Finally, when the carpet was cleaned, I was at work. The person was asked how much it would cost to clean the couches. He stated 25 a linear foot. She was under the impression it would be around 100 like it has been with other companies. So, instead of measuring the couches and giving her a total, he cleaned the couches and passed over a 600.00 bill. Had she known it was going to cost 500.00 to clean two couches, she would have said no. We could have purchased two steam cleaners for that price. I can only presume by this type of shady practice that you cleaners are paid a commission. So, we will not ever use or recommend your service.

I called Zerorez because of the 3 rooms for $99 special. I also mentioned I heard it on KLUV radio. I was expecting a $50 gift card to a restaurant. What was cleaned was 2 rooms and a closet. It was a good job. Tech was personable. I did not have 3 rooms to clean and asked the tech to make the closet the 3rd room. No room was over-sized and dressers, chests and king/queen beds were left in place. No furniture was moved. Now explain my bill.

The minimum fee for a carpet repair is extremely high. Repairs should be estimated on a case by case basis. Instead of making a little more money for a simple repair Zerorez lost out completely due to their minimum policy for any repair. In addition, the customer should not be charged for what Zerorez spends on fuel separately. The cost for overhead and other miscellaneous fees should be included in the quoted price not told to the customer after all the work is done. That is very deceiving. I was told $99 for 3 rooms which is typical of most carpet cleaning companies. What sets Zerorez apart from other companies is that they use a different method of cleaning that I was willing to try. Zerorez should have told me $109 for 3 rooms if its common that $10 will be added anyway. I still would have setup the appointment. Your service is to go out to the customer and therefore fuel cost should be taken into account for your price quotes. Just be honest with the customer. Navigating the Zerorez webpage I quickly found a description regarding Price. It states "In an industry known for bait and switch, Zerorez does everything possible to avoid anything that even appears as such. Prior to commencing any carpet cleaning service a firm quote will be provided for all work that has been contracted." In my opinion the added cost for fuel very much appears as such since that was not disclosed to me when setting up the appointment or beginning the work. The Technician was very professional and did the job as expected. He also explained the process clearly and how it's different from other companies. Overall I'm satisfied with the work just not satisfied with Zerorez business practices.
