Your technician was very friendly & polite. He did a good job. I will probably use Zerorez again. The reason for my "9" rating is that no one mentioned that WE would have to more the furniture. I also did not understand the extra $10.00 charge which was NOT mentioned when I set up the appointment.

The guy came on time, yet he zipped through so fast, missing several spots! He didn't get behind room doors and there were actually sections even in the main part of the room untouched. It was the end of the day and I am pretty sure he just wanted to get it done. Maybe he was running behind, I don't know. He was very nice, just rushed and actually missed spots!

Paul was very professional! Super nice too! Explained everything thoroughly. My carpets look great-the stains are gone. Just like he said, I didn't have a smell afterwards. I really liked the fact that my carpets were not soaking wet.

Felt the service technician, time of arrival and all was great. Just waiting to see if the treatment technique keeps the stains from reappearing quickly.

This was the third appointment we had to make after, the first to be “no show” and lack of time feasible time slots available for the other times.

Also, appointment time was between 4-5, guy showed up like 6:30.

Finally, for the most, cleaning was not all that great!

Make additional prices known before you come out. My technician was amazing and so helpful and thoughtful to try and put things back where they belonged. I felt bad for him to have to tell me how much all the "up" charges were.

I like that you don't use harsh chemicals during the cleaning. It did not take as long as I expected either.

Justin was an hour early (not a bad thing) and it would have been good to receive a call notifying me.

Fast, proficient, professional, and the results are unbelievable!

I have been using your service for a few years now and have become more and more frustrated with the value. I have paid the same amount for the service and never received the same level of service per visit. The first time you came to my house, I was so pleased. They took time to treat, clean and protect my carpets. From then on, the amount of time has diminished as has the service. I paid almost $500 to have my carpets cleaned, thinking they would be treated for pet hair as had been done in the past, treated for urine areas...none of these things were done, I paid so much money for something that could have been done by a local company for a fraction of the cost.

The technician was very nice, but was in and out of my house in less than an hour. Please help me find the value in $500 an hour? I work hard for my money and feel like I was taken advantage of.

The $99 special was good, but the total bill was $279. The charges seemed high for cleaning a couple of pet stains. I was not anticipating that much of an increase. I also am suppose to receive a $50 coupon for future service and a restaurant gift card for participating in the radio special. I was told it would be mailed but after one week it has not arrived.

DANIEL DID A WONDERFUL JOB AND WANTED VERY MUCH TO MAKE SURE I WAS PLEASED. THE CARPET WAS BADLY SOILED AND NOW IT LOOKS NEW.

Its Green product.

There are 2 parts. The first was the reservation disaster. I lost one of my 3 days a month waiting for a tech that would have arrived @8:30pm.
I had to reschedule to my last day off. Not happy with the whole reservation & scheduling process.

2nd part is the odor left behind. Listening to the commercials it's just empowered water. No chemicals soaps etc. Never been around water that smelled that bad. It's a strong odor, doesn't smell clean to me.

VERY DISAPPOINTED.
