How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I had a horrible experience with Zerorez when getting my kitchen and bathroom floors cleaned. The technician left standing water at least 1/2 inch deep in both rooms. I had to mop it up with towels after he left. He had issues with the machine that was throwing excess water all over my cabinets in the kitchen and frosted doors in my bathroom. Brad has visited with my husband and seen the mess that was left behind. He took one of our frosted doors to see if he could repair it. The estimate to repair the door damage is over 2K. But we have not heard back from Brad on what will be done to get our doors repaired.

What do you like about our products and services?

Although we did experience some problems with getting our carpets cleaned, I have to commend Zerorez for returning and redoing our carpets until we were satisfied.

I still have not been able to get my free awards for using your service per the radio ad. Went to the website to look at my receipt, and was unable to get to it to find rewards site. Please advise.

What do you like about our products and services?

Zerorez equipment was quiet, and the Technician Ron, was friendly, and provide excellent service. I would like Ron to come back to do the stretching on my carpet. The stretching was not on his information for my home, as I had requested.

Employee very informative and polite. I have a question. I vacuumed the carpets the next morning after letting them dry before we walked on them. The house is empty, we haven't moved in yet. In each room where carpets were cleaned I had to clean out the vacuum due to so much dirt that came out of carpet. Is that normal?

The Zeroez Tech was very good. The carpets seem a little dry and not soft as the other ones not done. I have not vacumed yet. The spots that I needed cleaned seemed to be coming back, but maybe they would with any cleaner.

Cleans well. Dries quickly and smells good. Knowledgable and friendly employee. Finished cleaning all rooms in about 40 mins.

What could we do to improve?

Be able to schedule at a specific time and not a relatively large window. It is difficult with work and children to not know a specific time. When i scheduled I stated I had to be gone for 30 minutes toward the end of the window and requested that if that could not be accommodated, i would need to cancel. On the day of service, they were unable to come before i had to leave. I rescheduled for later that afternoon (after 2:30) and waited and waited. A rep called to verify my address arond 3:45 because my street is not on the map yet. I gave "alisa" as the reference street for greenan but instead of putting it in comments for the technician, they changed my address to alisa. She said he would be there shortly. II called close to 6pm because no one had come, the rep said the tech couldn't find me or I wasn't home and went to Keller for another job. No one called me and I wasted my entire day waiting to get ONE rug cleaned. I was rebooked for first thing the next morning and my technician (Anthony?) did a great job!

Several stains came back, just like other companies. I paid extra for carpet protection in two rooms. A child spilled the same drink in a treated room and an untreated room. The untreated room came out better than the treated. The treated still has a stain. Maybe I had my expectations too high. Everyone was friendly.
