The gentleman did a great job cleaning the carpet and tile. Was very pleased with his work. Will definitely use them again.

I spent $215 having Curtis come out and clean my son’s very small bedroom because our cat had urinated in two spots (one in his closet and one in the room). He said he would do the pet treatment on both areas but only would charge me for one. He ended up only doing the area in the room (not the closet- he said it didn’t need it). Then he proceeded to absolutely drench the carpet to clean it regularly. As soon as he left- the smell of urine was even worse and the carpet didn’t dry for over 48 hours. Once dried- yellow water stains were all over the carpet (I have pictures). We had someone else come out (Dexter) who said it would be $300 more to get the urine smell out and that all he could do for a retreatment is clean it again the same way. I told him I was not paying more since my carpet looks and smells even worse that it did before Zerorez touched it. He retreated the same- but did the pet treatment on the spot in the closet and apologized for Curtis’ inexperience.
2 days later- still strong urine smell and still wet carpet. We ended up calling a water restoration company who pulled off the baseboards in the closet and said the were wet from the carpet cleaner and then put a dehumidifier in there for 3 days to dry it up. This was $700. All of this was absolutely ridiculous and if someone who was skilled and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and pet stains was sent out originally- we could have avoided all this. We have now spent almost $1000 trying to clean up the whole mess. The only way to make it right would be to refund my $214 I paid to Zerorez. Dexter did tell me Zerorez doesn’t do refunds… not great customer service. Very very unhappy!!!

Alexander, the lead technician, was friendly, professional, and communicated effectively throughout the entire process. He called ahead as promised before arriving and introduced his assistant, whom he was training. It was clear he was guiding him in a respectful and professional way. They explained the cleaning process clearly, worked efficiently, and finished right on schedule. The entire experience felt smooth and well-organized. By the next morning, a few areas of the carpet were still slightly damp, though that may have been due to the humid weather.

Cleaned grout lines that we were certain would need to be painted. Serviceman was professional and courteous. Really felt like we were in good hands.

Amazing Work.

I didn’t feel like anything really came clean. It was more of a carpet refresh- may be great for regular maintenance of a new carpet, but not enough to keep up with real life kids and dog.

We were in process of selling our home and buyers requested a cleaning of carpet but the cleaning left the rooms and house smelling like wet mildew .. the couple buying the home described smell as wet dog odor. We lived there for 9 years and Never has our home smelled like it did after the cleaning. The carpet being cleaned in 3 rooms was only 2 months old.
As of 5/6/26 it still had a distinct odor. The technician that came instructed me that I should go rent fans at home depot to help with issue, which I found to be disturbing because if im hiring your company to do this job and the i need to rent fans for completion then I know I would not have hired your company. So, instead of leaving carpet clean and fresh it left it smelly and almost to the point of having to get replaced. I almost lost the sell of the house because of it. There due to all that i would not recommend or rehire your company to do a y carpets.
