Dexter did a great job of cleaning a room that had a few pet related stains. He was on time, professional, accommodating, and efficient in his work. Will definitely use Zerorez again.

The guys were great and did a super job, but $2,000 to get my carpets and couch cleaned doesn't even make sense in my brain. Too expensive and my rooms weren't that large. It's not what I signed up for when I went online to schedule the cleaning. Make me sick to my stomach to think I paid that much...

Previously I used other duct cleaning companies with out issue every 2 years. Decided to try y’all last year and few months later again. So that’s 2 times in one year because yall were not able to do the job others have. I now have to patch my ceiling due to condensation build up causing the tube to leak. Will never use yall again for duct cleanings.
The guy told us he only needed to use one $80 gallon of solution and then proceeded to use 2. So our $99 cleaning special quickly ballooned to $300
Your technician Victor was very responsive to our needs in cleaning the sectional as well as the three room. He was thorough and had a great attitude while taking care of our situation with dust and spots on the carpeting.
I thought the price of the sectional cleaning was a bit high, but the outcome seems to be well worth the price. Time will tell.
We were grateful that he arrived at the appointed time, which helped with the drying process later in the day.

We have been a client of ZeroRez for many years. The tech and the work have always been excellent until Friday Feb 27. The tech did a terrible job with the carpets. The are not clean and have a residue in them that had left the fibers stiff and uncomfortable to walk on. In addition he damaged several corners with his equipment. I asked him to be careful with the sprayer. The solution in the sprayer will make spots on the wood floor. We have overspray on the wood floor 2 feet beyond the carpet. In our opinion this was deliberate. We need to know how you intend to address the damaged corners and the very poor cleaning job.
The tech always evaluate the areas and before he gets started, he comes and talks to us about any concerns. They’re fast and very polite and professional.
Doesn't take all day and it is ready to walk on in just a few hours. I have used these people for years and will continue to do so!
Carpet cleaning products does not have heavy chemical smells.

Last technician who did my carpets didn't even pick up or move the dried leaves from my indoor plant that were on the carpet.( missed a whole section) the other one who came to clean tiles knew nothing… I told him my carpets were cleaned by your guys a couple of days ago & gave him booties to wear he walked on to his truck & back and walked all over my carpet. I called your call center and updated them on his lack of knowledge. His cleaning of the tiles in the bathroom is yet another thing. He said he would try cleaning and was unsure he could clean it, he suggested he will do a test patch & tell me the amount it would host me…an hour later after several trips to his truck & back he said he was done & the bill was $200 at which point I called the call center back & spoke to them he later charged me $99 and left. He told me not to complain too.

We have used Zerorez for 10 years and still have original carpet upstairs from a home built in 2005. Other than our pets the carpets have looked nice and stayed clean.
First room he did a good job, but one hallway and room was a disappointment.
