Always to give me the days and time I needed.
Arrived on time, and let me know they were on their way. Quick to make appointment when I could be home. Marvin was our technician and was great. Did a really great job and got all of our pet spots removed.

Carpet still filthy second time I'm use zerorez both times carpet came out dirty first time my wife decided to give you guys a second chance this time the check was great carpet nest first time detect said abusive things to my wife and the cover was nasty and you guys refuse to give me even a partial refund that's why I'm taking legal action against zerorez and telling everybody that I know unless you guys make this right zerorez sucks
Make it right by giving me at least a partial refund if not in my full refund

While I wanted to support an advertiser of a local radio station- I know how referrals work and capturing where you heard an ad from matters to businesses. My Zerorez experience was just average. The technician was personable and friendly, 2 out of the 3 cleanings were good, the third wasn't but after listening to managers explanation I understand staining to the hardwood floor was most likely caused by my pet's urine in the same place repeatedly caused the stains and not the chemicals used. They took our rug off site 2 weeks ago....wondering when it will be returned. I've received no follow up either electronically, phone or text on when that might be.....yes I was grateful to speak with the district manager but now I would like to know when the rug will be returned. I believe I've made a fair and honest assessment of the service I received.
