First, we have used Zerorez many times in the past and been completely satisfied. This time, your representative, Fabian, was friendly, helpful and professional. We have no complaints about him at all. The wall-to-wall carpeting in our three bedrooms looks wonderful. However, the 8x5 area rug also cleaned was not as positive. After more than 4 days drying under a fan in our garage it was still slightly damp and had become badly discolored. It looked terrible! We contacted Zerorez and you were quick to respond. Fabian came out and told us he knew what the problem was and he could shampoo the rug again. Unfortunately, we were expecting a house-full of company for a long weekend and could not wait for another drying period. So, we had to purchase a new rug.

We are not asking for any compensation regarding the purchase of a new rug. However, you could earn our continued business by at least refunding the cost of cleaning the rug.

Although all the stains did not come out durng cleaning, the experience working with ZeroRez was very good. Scheduling was easy. I got a price while scheduling the appointment and our tech (Marius?) was friendly and effecient.

I do love Zerorez because they do not leave any residue on the carpet. However, the dog stain was already set and did not come out. Appreciate the hard work.

My technician was fantastic.

I've used Zerorez in the past at my home and was pleased with the service and results. I recently hired Zerorez again for a property I am selling and the experience was very different that what I remember. I had 3 rooms of carpet + odor treatment done as well as kitchen/laundry tile. I requested a re-cleaning of the carpet as the smell was still present. At both visits the technician was in and out within 30 minutes total and we continue to treat for the odor ourselves. The tile cleaning wasn't worth it. They didn't touch the edges, or corners and I feel like I could have done the same with just mopping. I was expecting that the grout would be cleaner after their work.

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment in the lack of transparency and professional integrity demonstrated by your company during our recent transaction.

Before hiring your services, I was thorough and diligent. I sent photos of the areas to be cleaned. I clearly communicated that the carpet had food and drink spills and was heavily soiled. I asked specifically what products and methods you use, and you explained the process: apply solution, allow it to soak, then steam and deep clean. I appreciated that. What I did not appreciate was what followed.

You quoted me $117 to clean two rooms and the hallway. Transparency was not just a preference for me - I explicitly requested it before agreeing to hire you. I made my budget clear. You confirmed the price. I proceeded in good faith.

What I was charged was over $200+ nearly double the agreed amount, without prior communication, without my approval, and without any explanation before the work was completed.

To make matters worse, my husband, who was not part of the original agreement, was caught off guard and charged for stair cleaning that was never discussed or authorized plus solicited by one of your technicians for additional cash, as my husband isn't from the country and didn't understand. That is not an add-on. That is a breach of the agreement we made.

I do not take this lightly. I believe in honoring your word - and I expect the same from those I hire. What occurred was not a misunderstanding. It was a failure of professional communication and ethical business practice.

They then offered to come and re-clean after the new furniture has been delivered which they knew how important it was to have the carpet cleaned.

I will like no further contact from this company as for 2 days going back and forward -no integrity, accountability and no business ethics.

Company overall is good. Gentlemen who I spoke with on telephone to get estimate and appointment was courteous. I had asked for cleaning of a remnant and runner rugs. He needed to know the sizes before giving me an estimate. When technician arrived he explained any questions I had while he was performing service. Since my granddaughter had an accident on remnant the technician suggested putting a deodorizer down, I asked how much and he quoted me an extra $70. I was not able to include due to me being on a strict budget. My suggestion would be for the appointment setter to maybe recommend any additional services customer may need, more than just a standard cleaning.
