Dee came out to clean my carpets and he was amazing! Very friendly and did a great job. My carpets look, feel and smell great! He even did a complimentary demonstration on a section of my tile floor to show me how well their systems clean tile and grout because I was asking for information on them. He also told me they do hardwood, furniture, and can clean your air duct system. Would definitely recommend Zerorez!

quote me on the wrong price, when technician arrived he gave me a $200 price over the quote. I was very embarrassed, I was put on position that I don't like to be at. I hire a service, explain 3 times what I need done, got a quote close the deal and when the technician arrives is kind like: this is the price take it or I will leave. Its very bad! I don't recommend for this only reason.

I can't express how grateful I am for our cleaner Bert, he did a phenomenal job! I just moved into a new townhome and noticed something muggy about my carpet. He provided great knowledge and expertise on how to get my carpet cleaned, and now it's like I have brand new carpet!
The quote was 175.00. When the tech got here he said he needed to pre soak a couple of spots in the living room and a couple in master bedroom. When I got the bill it was 331.00. So it almost doubled. Went up 156.00. Felt totally deceived.
I was told when I made the appointment I would receive an email with a $50.00 gift card from the promotions ad. I have still not received that email.
On April 23, 2026 we had our bedroom carpet cleaned along with our tile kitchen floor which included the utility room and a powder room. I specifically requested John Behrmann who had provided our carpet cleaning service last year and he did a fantastic job. Our black Labrador retriever spends many hours on our bedroom carpet sleeping and John did an outstanding job cleaning out the dander and hair on this carpet. He explained the process he used, the CR lifter, which made a big difference. The carpet and tile floors looked great and I can't say enough good things about John. He thoroughly explained the processes and made excellent suggestions so we would get the best results. I plan on requesting him again and want you all to know I greatly appreciate his work as well as the Zerorez process for cleaning our floors. Great Job!!
