I am sorry, I do not remember his name, I believe Jeremy? He was here to clean my couch, he listened to my issues with the cushions, was very tentative and made sure I was happy with how the cushions and couch turned out! We are very happy and the couch smells great, no chemically smell. Just a wondeful fresh clean couch!

Tristan was great at explaing the Air Vent cleaning and showing pictures of what was up in our system. He also listened to my concerns with a asthmatic child in the household! We're relieved that he will have an air purifier in his room with a 2 yeat filter in it!

I sent a response the next day!! The service man was really nice and thorough but there were no corner protectors available and I provided towels to protect the paint. You did receive a referral....Hodges in Arlington a few weeks ago. She was very pleased with the servicel

Your equipment is state of the art, and the service is great! We only had two rooms, but needed some pet treatments to restore them. Zerorez came through. Both rooms are livable again. Thanks for your service.
I like the variety of services they offer, the professionalism of their technicians, their friendliness, their “green” products, and the ease of scheduling. I’m always happy with my carpet and chairs afterwards and can feel the clean!

The Technishen was very nice but did not do a very good Job didn't even vacum under the Bed
The tile grout cleaning did not get cleaned as expected. Also upstairs carpet still has small pink stain, most of it was taken out by rep but he left a little bit behind. Please fix.

They offer a very low cost promotional to book the appointment, then upsell you on various services. My into rate was $109 for 3 rooms and closets. But after sanitizer and pet enzyme cleaner, my final cost was over 2-1/2 times that amount.
That said, the tech was in and out in under 2 hours. The primary stains I was worries about were gone. He even got a glob of dried paint off the carpet.
