Our service tech John was very good. He let me know what the cost would be for everything I asked him to do that was beyond the initial scope of the service request. The carpets look great and we will definitely be repeat customers.
Great communication and showed me some of the techniques that he uses. Can’t believe it was so dirty and didn’t look like it! So happy that I went with Zerorez. Definitely will use again!

This was by far the best carpet cleaning I’ve had in my house. The carpet felt fluffy and soft like a baby’s bottom. De’Marvion was thorough in explaining the entire process and even more thorough in cleaning my carpet.
I’ve been a big fan of Zerorez for more than a decade. Service has always been good. Response time and scheduling has been good too. If a little more expensive than other services, it has been worth the Delta.

My couch was not clean all the way I'm rest when I'm done Ottoman was not done and all the around the bottom part of the couch were not done either I still found hard pieces of fur with baby food amd formula on it charging 300 for the basic cleaning is insane. The technician was super nice and friendly but the work was horrible.
