Justin (I think) was very professional and was very conscientious about making sure he did a good job and being sure I was completely satisfied with the carpet cleaning. I was very impressed that when the job was done he presented me with an invoice that matched exactly what my estimate was. There was absolutely no mention or arm twisting to up sell areas that I hadn't already cleaned. My carpets look and feel so much cleaner. I will certainly be using Zerorez again.

Very easy to make an appointment...the person I talked to was polite and helpful...I received a text to remind me of my appointment two days before and told of a frame of time that I could expect them to arrive for my appointment...the day of the appointment I was told that they would be there in 15 minutes and the person who came was very personal and polite,...he was very informative and told me what and how he was goig to clean my carpets and did a great job.. (sorry I don't remember his name...I am terrible with names)...the only problem I had was getting a an invoice on my phone..I call and let Zerorez know and once again he was very helpful....he apologized and in the end was told they would send a paper invoice instead....ok I will finally say that I am very satisfied with my experience with Zerorez and I will use them again...thank you all for a wonderful experience!!!!!!
Fast, efficient, effective, and friendly!
The Zerorez technician was great! He was very nice and explained services, but he never pressured us to buy anything we didn’t want. At one point he even offered a service then went out to get a few things from his truck to make sure we didn’t feel pressured into buying the service if we didn’t want to. On top of that he cleaned our air ducts quickly and made sure we were happy with the job before leaving. Overall we are very happy we went with Zerorez .
Zerorez has excellent customer service, their website is easy to navigate, their products smell good and do a terrific job cleaning! The stains are gone and my carpet looks brand new!
