The technician, Dominic, called to let me know he was on his way, was beyond polite!! Did an amazing job after my sharing with him my having grandkids, and all the spills!!!

Zerorez provided a great service, easy to schedule and was there on time. Ben was very informative, explained everything before he started and did a clean job.
The employee you sent out, Mark, who appeared to be in charge, went over and beyond to help us out. He explained things in depth and to my satisfaction. He also managed to get my dryers hose reconnected for us, which was a huge favor that he said didn't take him but a few minutes.
He convinced me to spray the vents with something he described as something akin to clear coating the whole system. It was another $140 and unexpected.
It did however, seem to make the air coming through smell fresh. Definitely was a difference.
But, as someone who was a professional painter for 30 plus years, I can't explain how the cost was so high? He only spent litteraly a few minutes doing it downstairs? I didn't see a spray can of what he used? No spray rig of course, either? Thought he walked back up empty handed, so not sure how it was done? If I were running product through a spray rig for that short of time, it hardly seems that the cost of the product and his labor could account for the high price?
Mark explained that it helps to keep the system clean and slick and protects against quick, future buildup. The process makes sense but I just wonder how many pass it up because of the cost? I almost did and is why I really couldn't leave the guys a tip.
Sorry to say, it felt like I was getting a bit gouged with the pricing. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with not just Mark but the whole crew. All very polite and conscientious.
Technicians are always very knowledgeable and seasoned. Fast service and the before and after photos are really great to have to prove out the cost benefit of the service.
The young employee who came to our home was very polite. The product/process seems to have worked well.

Matthew and his crew were great! He explained everything completely before starting. They taped off my upstairs vents so nothing would come out in my house. Matthew also sent me videos of what was happening so I could see how much dust was being pulled out. All were very polite and professional. Since my house is only 1200 square feet, it took no time at all (maybe an hour total to complete). I had my invoice immediately and was happy I could use Apple Pay. Received my paid invoice in a couple of minutes.

I love the specials you run for carpet cleaning and my carpets are always looking good after a cleaning! The carpets are much dryer after a cleaning when comparing to competitors and the employees really seem to care about the job they do.

I like the cleaning solution. It is natural and smells nice and at the same time cleans very well including removing stains! The whole carpet process is quick and effective. I also love the interactions I have had with the cleaning crew and the schedulers. Everyone I have dealt with relating to Zerorez has been a great experience .
