Service techs were professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Price was competitive. Only surprise I had from the price I expected was I had some "dual returns" that counted as two, not one. These are returns that have a stud dividing them. This was not mentioned or questioned during my phone call for info & pricing. Would have been nice to know upfront.

Well, we had a rental that had pets circa 2010. The house stunk very bad like animals when the tenants left. We had zerorez come in a clean the carpets and from that cleaning on I have been a fan of zerorez as the house smelled like pets were never there. Repeat customer here
