If I could give Jason and Charles more than five stars, I would! We had a major pet accident on our carpet, and I was honestly worried the stain and odor were going to be permanent.
Jason and Charles arrived right on time, super professional, and completely saved the day. They got straight to work, walked us through what they were doing, and managed to completely erase any trace of the mess. The carpet looks brand new, smells fresh, and you’d never even know an accident happened!
Friendly, fast, and incredible at what they do. I can’t recommend Jason and Charles enough!

I like the fact that a lot of chemicals are not used. My technician did a great job. I had a black stain from the mechanism under my reclining chair that he was able to remove completely.
He answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable. He was very polite and considerate. He showed great care in making sure nothing was damaged in my house as he cleaned the carpets.
The Zerorez cleaning products and method made our carpets the cleanest they have ever been. Justin, the cleaning technician, was knowledgeable, friendly, informative and a true master craftsman in his work. We will only use Zerorez for our future Carpet Cleaning and will always request Justin to do the cleaning.
