It was fast and easy . The rugs look very nice. Only one suggestion, a few small areas could have been cleaned,, ( it meant moving a small chair) If the workman would have asked if we
could have done a check before hand, they would have been cleaned too.
I am happy with this company because of the quick responses when I called when I made the appointment and when I needed them to come back for one little spot. There were no questions asked they showed up. They did the work and I couldn’t be happier. It’s always scary to work with a new company because you don’t know if they will be responsive after the fact. Zerorez responded immediately to my call. I recommend them highly.

I just have one comment. He had a truck that he said overheated and leaked! Give your guys reliable trucks and fix or keep them up. That’s NOT fair to them! I was surprised a big company doesn’t do that.

He asked us to review his work in the event he may have overlooked something, but his work was flawless. My wife was thrilled with the results.
It's nice to see that their is still quality businesses around that stand by their claims. Zerorez uses clean water which they bring in their vans to clean the rugs with. The results speak for themselves.
I will be scheduling more work with this company as I see that they also do duct cleaning. I'm looking forward to a comfortable and clean winter thanks to Zerorez!!
