The two young men who came to clean my air ducts were extremely polite and professional. They told me every step of the way what they were doing. They showed before and after videos of my air ducts. I was very impressed with them.

We had our vents cleaned. The service tech was very nice and polite and explained in detail everything he was going to do. He showed us inside the large vacuum when he was finished. It was dusty, but not as bad as I thought it would be since we built this house 36 years ago. There was a lot of dust. I have to say I am not sure if I can really tell a difference after getting out vents cleaned. I do feel better knowing that they have been cleaned, though. I vacuumed and dusted my house thoroughly before having this done. If you are thinking about having your vents cleaned, I would wait until after the cleaning to thoroughly dust and vacuum, as the process does stir up dust and you will need to dust & vacuum after the process. As far as the company, I received good service. We have very little carpet in our house, but if I have to have any rugs or carpet cleaned, I will contact this company.

He worked on the hi-traffic areas for me and gave me hints on future carpet. He's a knowledgable young man. I would hire him myself. Will call your company again

Courtney completed our air ducts on Monday February 8th and again courteous and up front about the cleaning. I will highly recommend your services to all my family and friends.
