The tech that came to the house seemed very knowledgeable regarding the processes he had available to him to treat our carpet with the sticky residue that was on it from the plastic stripes that were put down on our carpet while we were having our bathroom remodeled. Time will tell if the cleaning process really cleaned the carpet.

Friendly. Much improved tile/grout in the kitchen. I feel better about walking on the carpets after moving in to a house where there were 4 dogs living previously and numerous pet stains. Big improvement

Your technician, Remington was amazing! Professional and hardworking. He got both gum and paint stains out of my carpet. I didn’t think it was possible. I will definitely be using Zerorez again, and hopefully, I get Remington the next time.
