Even tho I had a "special" pricing, with all the add-ons it became quite pricey. Granted, I had severe pet stains, the price for the specialized cleaner was expensive... and a gallon only cleaned an 8×8 inch area? Didn't know that when quoted. Results were good. Have to wait and see if results last. Daniel was excellent. Worked very long and hard.

Carpet looks great. Very pleased!! But I don’t like the extra $60 per room sales pitch with the black light when the tech arrives. I must have said 5 times...”we’ve never had a dog”, yet he kept saying you have biological matter spots ( which were invisible to the naked eye) , and it is $60 Per room or your house will smell from them when I clean. I declined, and of course he got the “spots” out fine. No smell. Just a weird, overpriced sales pitch.

We had the VERY best service from Jacob (and I do hope I'm remembering his name correctly). We had some tough stains, and he wasn't able to remove them all, but we know no one else could have done more. The general areas he cleaned are beautiful. While he was here, I remembered 'one more room' that needed cleaning. He was totally understanding and more than willing to accommodate the request.

The carpets were very clean afterwards, and the smell of the cleaning products used was pleasant but very slight, not noticeable at all. Kris was very helpful and explained the whole process.
