Very knowledgeable staff, works quickly and thoroughly and everything looked great when the work was done.
Cortez was incredibly pleasant and hard working. Answered all of questions and did a great job. Carpets look and smell great.
Overall satisfied with the cleaning and how quickly the carpets were cleaned. We have one small area that is a strip of carpet that looks like it was not cleaned. It is at a doorway so we are not sure if that has an affect.
The stairs look better than expected!
