Your service man who cleaned my carpet was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and competent. He started on time and did not stop moving until the job was completed. He also explained everything he did and completely answered all questions.

I like that you mostly use just water. (I hate the smell of chemicals/perfumes and also have allergies/asthma, so your service is definitely better for me!)
