Cameron was our technician and he was so careful not to damage anything in our home. There was no chemical smell and the carpet looked great.
The carpet looked much better than before the cleaning. The technician explained all aspects of what he was doing before and during his activity. When asked, he graciously added another chair to be cleaned to his schedule. The second chair came out very nice for being almost ten years old.

We hadn't had our carpets cleaned since we moved into our house 7+ years ago! We had Zerorez come out after quarantine (including a cooped up 2 year old) and oh my gosh! What I thought were set in stains from YEARS ago were gone! We will definitely have to do this more often. I wanted to get rid of our carpets SO bad but now that they are like new, they can stay a bit longer.
I scheduled online this time.(The first time I tried to schedule with your company last year, I called and was told I couldn't get an appointment for weeks and she didn't seem to care) The man who came was very friendly, very nice and did a great job. He told me upfront that the tile flooring I wanted cleaned probably wouldn't come very clean because of the small squares/grout lines as it is old 60s tile. I chose to pay and have him try to clean it. It looks slightly better, but I understand. He recommended the extras be added to my carpet due to my dog and I agreed.
I did spend more than I thought it would initially cost and it took longer to dry than I anticipated.I had it treated and it took almost 2 days to completely dry. Your service was good, but more expensive than it thought it would be.

I have used Zerorez for 2 years and I have been happy with the results. My carpet is clean and fresh, dried quickly and i have peace of mind. The carpet techs are professional and quick.
They do a great job. I recently had my carpet cleaned because my daughter’s dog peed on my carpet as she had a bladder infection.
A week later I was rushed to the hospital and my dog was upset and peed on my carpet again.
I called Zerorez back to clean up the mess after my hospital visit.
They came back and didn’t charge me to redo the carpet.
I have used them for years and only trust them to clean my carpet.

Mr. Kris went above and beyond during our service appointment. He explained what he was doing and demonstrated to me what we were paying for. He was able to remove 2 stains that we thought would be permanently embedded in the carpet. Money well spent as he saved us from having to replace the carpet!

I do like that Zerorez stands behind their cleaning and will come back out and reclean if they do certain services within 30 days. I have some tough stains that I am going to have to call them back out to try and work on again.

I appreciated the service for cleaning my air ducts. The technician found a dead mouse in a return, yikes.
After the technician left however, I found 7 vent covers that were not put back. I was disappointed that I had to go around and check this and then correct it.
