I have spent a lot of money with various carpet cleaning companies--with supposedly the best cleaning companies--over the years and I have never have the carpets had such a quick and efficient cleaning. My carpets look great! The technician was very courteous. He paid special attention to the problem areas and did a marvelous job all around. As promised, the carpets were not nearly as wet as other cleanings and dried rather quickly. They looked and felt marvelous when fully dried. Even the heavy traffic areas were significantly better than expected. I will be calling them again.

For the most part it was really good. It’s just taking an extremely long time to dry. Still some damp areas 31 hours later. One area discoloration/spot/stain didn’t come out. But all in all looks good. The technician was excellent. Explained everything and was quite diligent. I didn’t notice the one area that was still stained until he left.

I like the lack of residual soaps/chemicals. The process was incredibly easy, the carpets turned out great and the noise level was low during the process. I was very impressed!
