Sean was very knowledgeable and explained the products he recommended. We had pet urine spots in our carpet that was a big concern of ours and the smell was totally gone after the cleaning and carpets look great!
Sedrick was very professional. He told me what he was going to do, his expectations of what would be totally cleaned and what would be a problem. I was very satisfied. As of now, as the carpet has dried out, I am not yet seeing a large number of stains come up as has been in the past.

Professional, fast, effective
The cleaning process appears to have removed stains and soil from the
church carpeting. The service technician/account manager, Sean, worked hard to accomplish the cleaning and very cooperative to our needs. The orange peel aroma was pleasant.
The fragrance of the house after having it cleaned was very good. We did not ask for any special treatment and I was surprised that it smelled as fresh as it did. The reason for a 9 as my husband was home (I was not there) and he was unsure if the area rug was moved and the carpet beneath was cleaned. He felt it wasn't because it didn't feel as damp as the rest of the carpet...this doesn't mean the individual did or did not clean underneath the area rug....just we are not sure. All in all very happy with the services provided.
I love the orange smell! No harsh chemical smell. The man who cleaned my carpet was very friendly and professional and treated me with the utmost respect. His name was Cedrick.
