They did a great job cleaning my carpets. Showed up on time and cleaned up before they left.
There are no harsh chemicals. They rinse the carpet and get the water out through water extraction. It dries in less than a day and it isn’t crunchy with residue. It’s fantastic and the room smells clean. The guy that was here (I forget his name) was really nice and worked very hard for us. He did a good job. We love the special 3 rooms for $129 (or less sometimes). I always use ZeroRez and will call again when my carpet needs it.

Steve was great. Unfortunately, due to one person team there was no assistance with furniture moving. However, there were no disposable rug sliders provided to move furniture. So, the center on the room didn't get cleaned to my disappointment. Steve, did his best to go under, but he did not recommend placing a metal or wood leg onto a wet surface for fear of rusting or staining.
Responsible employees with great communication and work ethic! Jaylon arrived announced and on time and knocked things out. Carpets came out clean.
