Well I love EVERYTHING about Zerorez but......the technician Joshua was superb!!! I mean he worked so hard in all 3 areas but our living room area Rug looked as good as it did when we purchased it 5 years ago! This morning after we woke up and the rug was completely dry, I was shocked!
Joshua was also extremely respectful and professional. We will request him as our technician from here on out! You just don’t find service techs like him anymore! Thank you again fir a great job well done and......
