Remington throughly explained the process from start to finish to include options after the cleaning was complete. The process was relatively clean and as unobtrusive as possible. Considering the fact that our home was built in the mid 1970s and never had the ducts cleaned, the house was clean when he left.

I was visiting for the weekend from out of town as my elderly mother was sick and in the hospital I was there for just a short amount of time and on Friday night happen to jump on my laptop to research carpet cleaning companies in the area as my mother had gotten sick there were soil stains in her carpet one being extremely bad from vomit ZEROREZ kept coming up as the number one company and the reviews were outstanding I clicked on the website to play around with scheduling and pricing. I was hoping to get my mother’s carpets cleaned before I left that Sunday night I clicked off of the website thinking I might try researching a little bit more the next day to see if I can get a company to come out before I left the soonest that ZEROREZ had was Wednesday. The next day on Saturday I received a call it was a gentleman from ZEROREZ who was extremely nice patient and knowledgeable. To the amazement of technology it had been shown that I was on the website, I didn’t book an appointment so the customer service agent called to see if there were any questions that I had I was quite amazed and grateful for the phone call as I did have some questions after several minutes on the phone and yes Wednesday being the absolute earliest I had to ask if the gentleman that I was speaking to was the owner of the company and to my surprise he said no he stated he was “just a customer service rep” I told him at that point that he was so great at what he did and so personable and professional that just because of that customer service representative he had my business and I booked right away for that Wednesday. I had to arrange for a couple of my mother’s friends to help out on Wednesday to be there for the appointment. I was getting follow-up emails and texts along the way which was great. On the day of the appointment Cameron called saying that he was 10 to 15 minutes away he was extremely nice pleasant and patient. I told him that I had to make the call for the person that was going to be there to let him and and it was so nice and personal touch for him to say “take your time I’m in no hurry” (wow) He was aware of the stains that were on my mother’s carpet (from her being sick) and before he did any work he called and informed me of the additional cost because of the nature of the carpet which I had known from the quote that was sent in my email so there were no surprises I gave him the OK and after Cameron was finished to my surprise again! he texted me to send pictures of how beautiful and clean the carpets came out I wanted to leave this (lengthy) feedback as I am big on customer service being in customer service my whole working life hotel management retail and restaurants this company is above and beyond and I would highly recommend I’m even telling my mother who is actually doing quite well after being sick that if any of her friends mention anything about having their carpets clean they have to recommend ZEROREZ!!!!! one of the best companies I’ve dealt with I don’t even have carpet in my own home and wish that they had the company here in South Florida so I can send business their way! I highly highly recommend thank you ZEROREZ for making this experience so easy-going and stress free due to the nature of my visit as I am not even in the same State. When my mother returns from rehab and sees how beautiful her carpets look she will be quite pleased they look brand new!!!!

The duct cleaning was very much worth the money. I won't recommend the tile and grout cleaning because I can do a much better job by scrubbing the tiles manually with Ajax and bleach. Will not recommend grout cleaning from you all.
The repeat service was very good the first service was not and that's why you had to come back.
