I don't know what you use, but it is fantastic. This is the second time I have had you clean my carpeting. This time I had a huge greasy/oily spot on my carpet in the tv room and he had no trouble getting it up. I had stumbled and spilled green bean casserole on the carpet in my garage at the back door, he cleaned it and it looks brand new. I would recommend you to all my friends for carpet cleaning. After our carpet was cleaned by the Zerorez tech, it didn't smell like it had been chemically treated, and it wasn't slimy to walk on afterwards. It was just fresh, clean, and soft - felt brand new. Daniel did a great job. We will definitely call Zerorez next time our dog has an accident or whenever we need a refresh!

Mark is a wonderful technician and I am very pleased with him. Previously, I had been told the wrong things by someone at the call center and Mark cleared it right up and did a fantastic job on my carpet, as well as did a great job explaining the process to me. He is very professional and courteous.
