I have been a customer for several years. What I love about this company is my "old" carpets look fresh and new after each time they are cleaned by Zerorez. I also like the fact that they are not saturated with liquids. They dry quickly and are soft after drying. Not hard to the touch like I have found with other companies who use soaps. Most of all, I love how professional and mannerly the technicians are. I'm a lifer with Zerorez!!

I have had 4 different males come to my house. One wasn't very good, but I called and someone came out the next day to redo.
