Atmosphere, cleanliness, staff. I believe in this therapy. I just think the price points are a bit high.
I love having a membership at Perspire. I use the 40 minutes as time for me to reset and get a break from my hectic daily rush. It helps me soothe my tired muscles and put some good energy back into my soul. The staff, the manager abd the owner at my Perspire in 4S Ranch feel like family and they are always so helpful with getting me situated and keeping track of my appointment schedules.

I did not know what to expect. The place was well designed and the rooms were clean, modern and private. I am hoping the red light therapy prove to be helpful with shoulder pain from an injury and knee pain. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this to other clients looking to benefit from red light therapy.

Love how easy it is to book a slot, room readiness, etc! Not sure if it has been fixed yet, but as of last week, suite 7's speaker is crackly and doesn't work well. I did give that feedback last week, and they said management is aware. I haven't booked suite 7 since then since I don't want to risk it. But Suite 5 was great today (I do prefer the rooms with a shower. )
A great plus would be the option to dispense ice as well as water.

The sauna rooms are clean, well-equipped, and the staff are all very helpful. I appreciate the option to request a shower room. The halotherapy is a nice add-on.

It was all great and very well done. Loved the in room shower.
I love the fact that it's so private you have your alone time in your own little suite . you can watch TV or listen to music. I do wish that the little towel you provide would be a little icy cold because when you get out of the sauna it's usually not I had to ask the associate the other day for a new one but it would be a good idea to maybe have him in ice buckets but I love how nicely decorated the studio is and even the restroom offers a few amenities really impressed and I didn't think I would want to continue since I work at multiple gyms and have access to dry sauna's but I'm starting to get addicted LOL
Cleanliness. Such a refreshing and relaxing experience. I loved the in room shower and the ability to have my own private space with a locked door. Staff was awesome!
