All the staff I have met are very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are clean. I also like the variety and ability to adjust a session (can just do sauna, or combo of sauna/red light, or with other experiences) and even has a shower cold plunge! Really a great experience and it’s easy to book.

Fantastic location, clean, well run, Ayesha was SUPERB, broke down all the details I needed as a first timer, from process to deals and membership, I was well informed. Validation for Wholefoods parking was a huge plus, not to mention the first timer complimentary water bottle I received.... Overall, experience was 10/10. Thank you Ayesha and for everyone involved in setting up my appointment :) I'll be back!

The studio is beautiful. The staff is exceptionally friendly, patient, and informative. The overall experience felt like a luxury treat to myself. And I felt the benefits almost immediately. Feeling refreshed and relaxed at the end of my session.

Private rooms, towel service, tv options-could use a tissue box as cleansing often leads to clearing sinuses
