Itbwas my first experience and Chenee was very helpful. She walked me through and showed me the facility and how to use the sauna. It was quiet and relaxing! I slept amazing after. Will be returning!!

I love everything including the staff. The amazing staff n the studio ; that you’re able to relax and Enjoy yourself either by yourself or with a couple . The studio is always clean and and ready with all the essentials that you need to relax inside . I I highly recommend this place. It has helped me in the long run and relaxing my sore muscles y no le estoy echando mucho crema a los tacos, pero sí ayuda este lugar!!
