Clean and friendly staff. I've noticed these saunas take longer to heat up than at other locations (and Clearlight saunas I have owned). Maybe because these are built out. It was 150 when I got in today and never reached 170. took over 20 minutes to get to 160.

Quiet and nice sauna
I love the privacy and how well kept it is. I love the snow shower and Halo therapy. I do have a couple of suggestions. I think a powerful fan for afterwards when getting dressed would be helpful because I'm still sweating. Also using distilled white vinegar to clean the shower and the shower heads would keep the mold at Bay.
Great service! They are willing to work with me any way they can. And, I love their saunas! Also, I love that I get up to a whole 40 minutes in the sauna, and I really appreciate every single towel that they provide.

Last night was our first time trying this and I must say it was amazing! Lauren was so friendly and got us started easily. We have had typical saunas before, but this was so much better to me. We will be back.

From the genuine welcome when you arrive, to the cleanliness of the studio.... to the wonderful experience of the sauna. What's not to love. My requests are met...temp...plain towel...channel I like on the tv...which shows attentiveness. Sometimes there's a drain problem, or a lack of water pressure, etc.. but that's plumbing for ya. I think the studio is wonderful!
