Everyone was so nice! Very clean and spacious, plus there’s a TV you can put on whatever you want while you sauna, they cold washcloth with eucalyptus is such a great treat too!

Staff members are very friendly and call you by name when you enter. They are accommodating to make sure you get the best experience and it is clean! Best of all is that you feel better when you leave. Great recovery after a hard weight workout.

Clean, very friendly staff, filtered water station, streaming variety, presets always set up for me. Towel sevice and shower is really nice.
The person at the front desk was so kind and thorough. At the end, she even asked us as much detail to what color we liked the lights and what we watched or wanted set up for next time. The sauna was very comfortable and much appreciated the tv speakers inside
The facility was immaculate. Leah was very knowledgeable about red light therapy and the facility in general. I enjoyed our conversation and the knowledge she shared. She was very engaging and positive. I felt like I was in a luxurious spa and loved the ability to customize my experience.
