I love the added touch of the cool eucalyptus towel after my session! The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. I wish longer sessions were offered because the 40 minute sessions seemed rushed, especially if I want to take a shower afterwards.

The staff was very professional and courteous! Allison was so helpful in explaining the process, she walked me through everything and made me feel very comfortable. I love the private suites! The sauna was so comfort and I’m excited about the red light benefits. Perspire is an awesome place to be if you’re looking to get healthier and live well.

Izzy did a great job, she was very helpful and patient. She explained everything well, showed us around & got us into our room with all the info we needed. Everything was very clean & it smelled wonderful.

I have done a lot of cold plunges and various spas with cold showers near the steam and dry saunas. I was a bit hesitant to get too excited about the idea of a 45 second, 45 degree shower after a sauna session. I was pleasantly impressed today trying it for the first time. Very well done! And more efficient time wise than sitting in a cold plunge for 10 minutes or more.

I like having the accessibility to a sauna. It is pricey, but a nice option to have when you need to get away for a brief time to relax. Unfortunately there are not enough suites that have a shower so I was not able to acquire one at the Long Beach Exchange location. The receptionist said that I just have to keep trying to book a suite with the shower emote on the app and hope I get lucky. According to what they explained the showers are usually taken up by the subscription members who use the saunas everyday and take up the showers suites before everyone else. It would be nice to not have to compete with the members for a nice soak after the sauna. I also feel that the equipment in the sauna could benefit from better maintenance. Thank you!
