I love Perspire Infrared Sauna!
The studio is always spotless, the staff is friendly and attentive, and booking online is super easy. They always have my spa music set up for me, and I can leave a note while I'm booking if I want them to queue up a show on Netflix — such a thoughtful touch. I’ve noticed real health benefits since coming regularly, from better skin to improved mood and my sleep quality has definitely improved. The private suites are comfortable and consistent every time. Highly recommend!
The staff is very warm and friendly and I have gotten to know a little about each one of them. The facility is very clean and I look forward to it every visit. It has become my daily ritual! I enjoy the sauna so much and have seen multiple benefits. I will probably purchase my own sauna at some point, but until then, I will continue to use Perspire on the daily!

The staff are fantastic. Very professional $ cheerful. They keep the facility in perfect condition, virtually sterile eberywhere with the exact temperature setting already dialed in for us & always the correct number of towels & wet iced wash cloths for after. They are always there to greet us as we arrive & make sure all went well before we go. They are the BEST!!! The facility has more options than most as it was the only one that could meet the exact criteria I needed to match a medical research study done in Switzerland that I am now able to duplicate here.
The product is solid. The team is amazing. It doesn't matter who you get, what time you call, or how you schedule. The team is always 100% on it. They're happy and delighted to see you. It feels like you're coming home to your own personal sauna.

Staff were friendly and informative. The sauna and room were very clean. There were extra towels and an aromatherapy infused washcloth. Overall, it was a great experience!
