I LOVE it here! In general the space is so clean, inviting, and relaxing. The staff is always so friendly and helpful! As for the benefits, there are SO many! I always feel SO much better after I’ve had my sauna session! It’s made such a difference to my overall health and I have been healing my medical issues with sauna use! It’s an absolute game changer! Perspire is the best!!

I really like the clean, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are all amazing. I like being able to schedule through the app. The only thing that is a bummer is not ever really knowing how many sessions I actually have. I had rolled over 1 session x2 and those seemed to disappear. It would be better if the app showed how May left rather than number used.

The people and the service is one of the reason I go there they keep things so clean not to mention the health benefits is the most important. The staff just really look out for you. GREAT People.

They’re super friendly, it’s very clean and private. They have a “hydration“ fountain to fill your water bottle. They also have drinks and snacks to purchase. They provide towels. The parking is easy peezy, and it is affordable.
I enjoy the private room and entertainment. Customer service is a plus also.
