I love Faith, she is super friendly and helpful. She always ensures my husband and I are properly book in our preferred rooms and with the settings we like. She always greets us when we arrive and is genuinely happy to see us. In addition the red light and heat therapy has been a game changer, it helps to reduce my recovery time from my workouts and we are making it a regular health practice.
My only dislike is that the cold shower is not part of the package pricing but an additional charge.
The studio was clean. Staff was helpful. Definitely had a good 1st experience.
