This business is friendly, efficient, clean, and streamlined for the process of a medical dose of an infrared light sauna and a hot-cold contrast shower. This is where true health can be obtained proven by studies that I researched before I tried out Perspire. Thank you for being in our area, so this health resource is available to me.

Employees are very nice. If employees are at entrance, they greet you. Most recognize me by name. Employees are very quick to resolve any room issues-such as if prior customer turned off the sauna and it won't get to my preferred temp, employees move me to another room that will be at my temp. Or, employees alert customers to any rare instances for internet issues The location is always clean. I love the monitor which displays room assignments. I appreciate the recognition for birthdays, special offers, and "gifts". Love the TVs and different options. However, the remote controls are wearing out and the backs come off very easily. Also loved the small clocks in each room, however, are not set to correct time or are "frozen." Just little things. Overall, excellent. Thank you

The saunas are very clean and quiet. I like the different options for the red light therapy and the chronotherapy depending on how I’m feeling for the day. It’s a great place to get a refresh/detox/ mood boost.

The gal at the desk was warm, welcoming and helpful. She really made the experience better. I like the eucalyptus towels and the cold plunge shower. Those extra touches were so lovely and something my gym sauna doesn’t offer.
