Michelle and her colleague (I forgot to ask her name) at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming. I was also so impressed with the tour and guidance by Michelle (it was my first-time visit to Perspire) — she was so knowledgeable about the sauna set-up and the benefits of infrared, light therapy, and sauna therapy. Really lovely experience because of the staff! Thank you.

The staff is very helpful and professional. My sauna is always ready when I arrive. It is spotless and properly set to my requested specifications.

Friendly staff every time I come in and my room is always set up like I asked. The atmosphere is relaxing so I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Clean, private spaces, quite for the most part, TV available (I never use though), self control of temperature, pleasant staff (this is just as important as everything thing else), decent prices and lots of packages/memberships to choose.

Simple and relaxing

We had been looking for a sauna studio & when I found Perspire on Instagram, I was so excited. They had given me daily invites to pop in & I was so glad they didn’t give up because my life got busy. We were able to schedule the same day we went in & we are hooked. The ability to walk in & have your own private sauna is awesome! The TV with a serene screen & crackling fire was a great touch. The towels during & the cool eucalyptus towel after is the bonus we didn’t know we needed. The staff are super helpful, genuine & welcoming. Laci explained everything with ease. Becoming a member was a no brainier because they make it very easy to. Thankful we found Perspire in our back yard.

I really enjoyed 40 minutes in infrared sauna, relaxing music.
Red lights good for skin and it go deeper
Contract showers gives you energy!
