State of the Art & Science of Saunas . .. ambiance, privacy, cleanliness, choice of music etc, the saun w/ colour therapy/RLT is fantatsic . . . timing allowed perfect . . towels . . . service is great!! Not a down side at all! All Excellent!!

Everything! The staff is amazing, the saunas are always super clean and ready on time. The whole experience and atmosphere is relaxing it is the best part of my day (that and my morning cup of coffee lol). I love my “me” time at the sauna!
