I went for the first time after seeing an add on social media. I was hesitant but decided to give it a try. I was received by Maya who patiently and kindly answered my questions and explained how it works, she was professional and helpful in fact after seeing the place and received the explanation my doubts dissolved. After she showed me the place, by the way it’s spotless, calm and has a very nice set up, and then I decided to go inside one of the suites. My experience was fabulous! I loved it so much that I enrolled for the monthly plan! Believe me every time I go the people at the front desk is so sweet and friendly! I totally recommend this infrared sauna I feel relaxed and ready for a great night of sleep! I feel lighter and the cold shower activates my circulation and I truly enjoy it!!

Tentative staff, explained the whole process in an easy to understand manner. Very friendly. Made process easy from start to finish. Saunas were very clean and well maintained. Loved the option to watch youtube/listen to music during the session.

The combination of infrared heat and red light therapy is next level. You can tell they’ve thought through every detail—from the setup to the privacy to the overall atmosphere.
