Friendly staff who explained things well since it was my first visit. Facility was clean & I felt comfortable in my sauna room. I don’t like lots of heat so was able to turn down temperature & open the door when I got too hot. I will have to have more sessions to get comfortable. I have never been to anything like this before so will have to go again to see what red light therapy results I get. If a person has any breathing problems I would recommend trying the halo therapy. I will use it next time.
