Cleanliness and excellent service

As soon as I walked in, great customer service was greeted right away, she answered all of my questions and gave me a tour. It on Halotherapy session, which was amazing for my asthma and allergies., I thoroughly enjoyed my Sauna session and definitely will be back!

The suites & overall space are well thought out and inviting. And front of house service tends to be a thoughtful and considerate.

Two things worth considering; one minor, one more significant:

1) I might have missed it, but I was unclear if there was 'built in' way to keep track of our time allowance once we were in the suite. A countdown clock doesn't seem quite fitting (depending on how it's implemented), but without something like that we found ourselves needing to periodically returning to our belongings to check the time.

2) More significantly, the check in process seems to consistently be a source of friction; it disrupts the entry process much of the time, especially if I bring a guest who's not in the system. The friction sources seem to be a) a brittle app/digital system, and b) divided devices involved (one desktop computer, one tablet).

My suggestion for the latter: keep the PC back of house, and just manage the basics with a single app front of house, on the tablet. This would seem more personal, reduce the glitches between the two, and just simplify things generally.

Take all this as you will of course. Suggestions from a long-time digital+service designer who works in many human-centered service environments. Be well.

The feeling it gives

Clean, private and full of amenities. The reception was very cordial and friendly.

I just came back to Perspire after a 14 month break. It felt so good to be back at Perspire. It is my "me" time. Deeply relaxing. Time to completely unwind and sweat out my worries.

I like that Perspire keeps track of my preferences and needs. Like an unscented cool down towel, temperature preferences.

They're also always kind and accommodating.

It’s so easy just to go to use the sauna, and so far it’s been easy to get an appointment. Everything is clean and pleasant. You don’t have to bring towels, and they have beverages you can purchase if you run out of water.

I love going to Perspire Montvale! It's a regular part of my wellness ritual and not only is it a sensorial experience, but also a functional one in that it aids my post-workout recovery.

I have heard about the benefits of a sauna and the added benefit of the red light, and I like it very much. I find it very relaxing and the TV is a huge hit! I'm very happy I found this place which is two doors down from my med spa in Montvale, New Jersey. It's a win-win!!
