One recommendation: Instead of 2 face towels, issue 1 face towel and 2 large towels. You need 1 large towel to lay on, and 1 for drying off after the shower.
front desk staff is awesome ! it’s always clean and ready for us !!! the red light and infrared are so good for your body and mind !! it’s well worth it unlimited all the way— we go 4-5 times a week !

The owner and her team are great. I am moving back from Asia, and missing the BATH and SAUNA experience more than anything. The energy and reset is amazing. I bought my 3 besties gift cards so they could all try it. I even looked into buying one. I would love if the sessions were a little longer, and perhaps there was a little more of a community gathering space in the front. Creating community around this would help spread the word, and make it more fun to go.
Clean studio and friendly staff
I typically am not personally a fan of saunas, but this was an entirely different experience! I loved the red light and the infrared heat! It was relaxing and the shower after was heavenly. My daughter and I did it together and it was so fun. Two days later, and my skin is still feeling softer.
I’ve had a great experience at Perspire. The front desk staff (Chanel and others) are always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Booking sessions through the app is quick and easy, and I appreciate that there are plenty of afternoon and evening time slots available. Each session is incredibly relaxing—you leave feeling refreshed and recharged every time.
