Your staff is always kind, , friendly,. The atmosphere is very relaxed. I'm very happy to have joined the 'studio' during your grand opening! No regrets. It's " me" time for 40 minutes. And I truly believe the sweats strengthen my immunities.

Great service and experience

Everything was amazing from cleanliness, the welcome from staff and owner, and the sauna session. The sauna session was so much needed, relaxing, stress free and great no matter the time, season and weather. I appreciate the amenities to help make the process and experience smoother and feel complete overall. Thank you for the services and experience you are creating.

The whole experience

Great business. Clean with helpful staff. Parking is a challenge.

The manager, Robin, is super helpful, welcoming, energetic and passionate. You can tell she loves her job and the Perspire community. The sauna rooms and lobby are clean and relaxing. The infrared sauna felt like it was melting away my stress and giving me an endorphin boost. I highly recommend this business!

its always clean and my reserved room preset in temperature and my TV viewing preferences. Melissa is a great cheerful joyous employee, always great to receive her assistance. Thank you!

What’s not to love about Perspire Sauna? Booking a session is ridiculously easy, the staff is always friendly, and the place is so spotless you could practically eat off the floor (but please don’t! 😂). Then comes 40 glorious minutes of absolute peace and bliss — PRICELESS! Their body wash smells like heaven, and that magical eucalyptus towel wakes up every sense I have and brings me back to life! I walk in stressed and walk out feeling like a brand-new, wonderfully scented human. Pure happiness in 40 minutes! ❤️

Great experience! Savannah was so helpful.
