Sessions are super-easy to book through the app. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Facility is modern and spotlessly clean. Most of all, I love the concept of having individual saunas that can customized to one's personal preferences, which makes for a much better experience than what one gets from using saunas in gyms. As an IRitual member of Perspire Champaign since they opened in early summer, I can honestly say that getting this membership has been far and away the best health and wellness decision I have ever made.
I was impressed with the customer service and the staff were so nice to me on my first visit! I love how clean and comfortable the sauna is. I feel so much better after my first session.
When I go to Perspire sauna studio I am always greeted by A friendly face making me feel welcome. After my session i feel exhilarated ,my aches and pains seem to hurt less and I have a general good feeling because I know I am doing something to benefit my over all Health and well being. I can’t recommend this place enough . I wish i loved closer because I would be there every day .

It’s very clean. Staff is extremely friendly and professional. The studios are a delight. Everything is so well thought out. It is a five star experience and I’m so happy I joined. I will say the same for the Mountain View location. Excellent staff beautiful facility fantastic business.

Clean , quiet environment. Of course the sauna 🧖, to sweat 😓 it out. The amenities. After the cold 🥶 contrast therapy the body feels rejuvenated as well as energized . You just feel good when you come out with the sauna and. Shower cold contrast . Do both you will not regret it.
