I had a wonderful experience at Perspire Sauna Studio! The service was excellent from the moment I walked in. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions, making me feel comfortable and welcomed.
The facility was spotless, well-maintained, and created a relaxing atmosphere. After my session, I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and energized. It was exactly the wellness experience I was looking for.
I highly recommend Perspire Sauna Studio to anyone looking to relax, detox, and prioritize self-care. I will definitely be returning!

Over all i had a great experience and was able to relax . If I could change anything it would be making it more comfortable to lie down in the saunas, its very uncomfortable to lie down and sitting makes me worry about my hair being on that back wall . Other then that I loved my first visit and will see you again very soon , and I have handed out all my gift cards so hopefully you will get some more business
I loved my infrared sauna experience! The facility is very nice, and the sauna controls were easy to understand. I loved that they have showers available, too, in some of the rooms. The facility seems well-run and spotless, and so relaxing. I’m sure I’ll set up a membership.

I love the shower in the same room. My previous experience with another facility only had the infrared sauna with halo so I had to drive home sweaty. I like the fact I can shower after and not feel uncomfortable driving home. The TV with the YouTube was a nice touch as well.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, super clean, love the towels (especially the eucalyptus one!) and all of the other amenities in the suite, the experience beginning to end is so calming. I come out of every session feeling amazing and just cant wait for the next one. Cant say enough great things!

The young woman at the front desk was very nice and did a good job of explaining how the controls in the sauna worked. Really pleasant visit.
