Very relaxing
I had a great experience at this sauna in Berkeley. Making an appointment was incredibly easy and convenient, which made the whole visit stress-free from the start. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service you receive.
The sauna itself was clean and very well maintained, which really stood out to me. Everything felt hygienic and thoughtfully cared for, creating a relaxing and comfortable environment. Overall, it’s a great spot if you’re looking to unwind without breaking the bank. I’d definitely recommend it.

Sauna is nice and clean. One thing of note is noticing the audio output on the TVs isn't going to the sauna anymore on a lot of the rooms. Its def nice to listen to something when inside. Now it's just the built in TV speakers which doesn't sound great in the rooms and I don't want the sound disrupting anyone else.

Kathryn was awesome! Very welcoming and the knowledgeable. The entire shop was clean and the sauna was easy to use. The cold shower was a great add on as well!

I have been going to Perspire for several years and there have been several changes in management. I can say all changes have been positive. Management is always available to answer all questions and concerns in a timely manner. The location is always well maintained and the staff is fantastic.
