Great customer care, clean facility, amenities like facevwipes and hair ties. I like the fruit bowl at the desk and that filtered/spring water is made available water. The staff here is the best that Ive encountered. Tatiana from Midtown was up there too, with top tier service. Sandy Springs saved those of us who were left high and dry from Virgia Highland and Midtown abruptly closing.

First, the staff, especially the receptionist during the week. She's friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and engaging. She creates a great first impression for the business.
Secondly, the features. The Snø Showers are fantastic, the rooms are well planned, and the water bottle refill station and cold eucalyptus towel are thoughtful touches.
Lastly, the cleanliness. These rooms were spotless but didn't smell of cleaner, which was much appreciated.
Overall, the Kyle location is outstanding in every way.
