Sweet and lovely front desk worker. I love the cold eucalyptus towel and the private sauna suite is just incredible! Basically whatever you want to watch on the TV, customizable relaxation, a cold plunge and shower to rinse off. It is a true little zen moment and a perfect way to spend a post-workout or just a nice day off.

I really loved the fact that the rooms are private and you have your own space to relax and sauna. I watched some Netflix, while using mood lights and red light therapy. Being able to shower is an added bonus afterwards. Very clean and professional space. Jordan was so helpful offering a water with electrolytes and giving me a tour. I loved the experience so much I signed up for a membership. Great experience!

The availability (9 private rooms), the cleanliness, the staff, the affordability, & most importantly the many benefits of infra-red sauna.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with introducing me to the studio as a first time customer. Also, the studio was very clean and comfortable - especially the ability to watch TV while using the sauna, very nice touch!
I love the privacy infrared saunas and the flat screen televisions. The atmosphere is very inviting. In addition, I want to mention an employee by the name of Madison. Madison is an extraordinary employee who works at The Greene location. She has excellent customer service skills. I went as far as to find out her work schedule so that I could schedule my appointments when she is working. That's how exceptional she is. She pays attention to details and greets you coming and going! Thank you, Madison!
