I'm not working full time for the first time ever (!) and I am experimenting with wellness activities. I got an IG ad for a discounted trial session and making the appointment online was really easy. The location is in Delray Marketplace but not in one of the center storefronts so there is a little parking lot right outside. Tatiana told me all the important information about how to enjoy my session the most. The sauna itself was fantastic - I loved how it felt, and I was definitely sweaty when I left! I also tried the snø shower and I want to try to stay in longer next time. I bought a four-pack and will be back, and told my fitness friends what a pleasant experience it was. They'll be adding salt therapy soon so I look forward to that as well. Cheers!

The team is always very welcoming and accommodating. They always read notes and prepare the room juts the way you want. I’ve never heard the talking loud . They always keep it zen, and very sweet with positive attitude. Rooms are always clean . So far the best location ❤️

I love the IR sauna! It has helped tremendously with my nerve pain and arthritis after chemo. My only request would be that the cold eucalyptus towel for afterwards be colder!

Quick and easy check in
My visit was wonderful…the greeting I received, the explanation of how the sauna works and the experience of using the sauna were just as expected. But most importantly I found it relaxing and the heat felt so good. I was wary of how I would feel following but it was fine. My body felt good. I will return just trying to figure out how often I want to do this!!!
