Super clean and so relaxing. Love having the tv to listen to relaxing music or be able to watch something. Shower is so nicely organized with soap shampoo and consider and the cool cloth is wonderful after the sauna.

I believe strongly in the health benefits that Perspire offers and feel it's a much needed wellness resource for the Champaign-Urbana community. The studio is clean and the staff are helpful. Infrared sauna, red light therapy, contrast therapy and halotherapy are all offered in your own private suite with your personal TV for entertainment or relaxation set to your preferences. I recommend it for everyone!

The suites are very nice. Friendly environment. I love the red light therapy, cold shower, and it is great to be able to watch video while in the sauna.
Leena and Gage were so welcoming and kind from the moment we walked into the door. They took some time to get to know us and learn about why we were visiting. The instruction on using the sauna and the benefits was clear and the actual service itself was very enjoyable. My husband and I both left feeling relaxed and in rejuvenated. We look forward to our next visit.
The place is always super clean. You are greeted at the door and they seem genuinely happy you are there. The equipment is great and they always seem to have a slot for me.
