The sauna suite is always clean, the staff is friendly and pleasant, and the sauna itself is amazing. I believe in the benefits of detoxification and red light therapy and am promoting Perspire to my friends in the area.
Really solid experience. I walked in and was greeted right away, no awkward waiting around. Check-in was smooth, and the room was clean and set up exactly how I like it. Once I got in, it was just about relaxing and resetting. You can tell they pay attention to the details. I’ll be back again and again.

I am a Founding Member of Perspire in Wyckoff. As time passes I appreciate the Perspire more and more. Life can be very stressful and the time I spend in the Infrared Sauna not only does my body good but my soul and spirit as well. Wellness is the key to healthy living, as a Stage IV Lung Cancer Thriver I live with many worries and concerns. When I step into the sauna the cares of the world, my struggles, and diagnosis leave me and I feel renewed and refreshed. Although my future remains uncertain, Perspire remains a constant in my life helping me to focus, feel the positive effects on my body and give me a sense of peace. I leave relaxed and strengthed!
Clean saunas, didn’t give it a 10 because it seems like things have been falling apart since I started coming. In the beginning everything was new, but now doors don’t shut correctly (on the saunas and on the rooms), noticing shower gel holders broken, the remotes are freezing on the TVs and not working as well. The door for my phone to be locked in either doesn’t exist or is broken or Just seems like some regular keep up maintenance is not happening.
