All of the client's needs to maximize the experience and create a welcoming atmosphere have been attended to. The variety of towels including the cold towel with eucalyptus scent and the infrared therapy in addition to the dry heat make for a very comforting and relaxing experience. Having the shower right next to the sauna and not in a locker room is also great. The staff was very helpful and patient in explaining how it all works and were very accommodating. Highly recommend doing this as an end of the week reset.

Tried Perspire Sauna with my husband for recovery and longevity—started at 135°F for 45 minutes and loved it. The staff was super helpful, the vibe was relaxing, and the whole experience felt amazing. We ended up signing up for the unlimited - IRitual membership! Goal now is to go every other day
I really enjoy the red light saunas. It’s just a time to relax and unwind while knowing the red light is healing and working its magic. Having a shower in the room is also a bonus. I can enjoy music or watch TV while sweating out all the bad and taking in all the good.

I would highly recommend it. Infra red sauna is very beneficial. I feel my aches and pains have decreased considerably since I started going to Pespire since 10 days.

The team Elizabeth and Shilpa were friendly and greeted me upon arrival by my name. Took the time to explain everything and spoke about all their offerings and merch but never pushy! It’s a beautiful and immaculate space. Positioned in Del Ray marketplace which has lots of other shops. I will definitely return when I visit FL.
