The staff is so kind and helpful. They were not bothered by my many questions, and made sure I knew what to do with it being my first time. The atmosphere is so calm and inviting. It was a really nice place to step away and take care of myself for a little bit. I felt so relaxed and so good after my session. I’m hooked already!

Very private studio. It made you feel so relaxed after a long stressful week. The customer service was great. First time and they went through everything that I needed to know. The 45 degree water shower was great at the end of your session. I will be returning.
Easy to book and show up.. rooms are ready to go. simple and relaxing way to improve my health. I highly enjoy using the Perspire IR sauna.

The staff are very helpful, personable and pretty amazing! They’re very welcoming and their energy is just what you want when going to a sauna. The space is always extremely clean and the saunas are so consistent in their look and feel and that makes all the difference. It’s just so beautiful and perfect each time. I highly recommend!
