The studio is super clean and it’s such a nice quiet getaway from everyday life. You have your own escape and place of solitude. I would recommend this to anyone! Amanda, the owner is amazing and her staff couldn’t be kinder. Mahogany may be my favorite, but don’t tell the rest of the girls lol

The facility was extremely clean and quiet. The staff gave me a full rundown of how everything works and were incredibly helpful. I don't know why, but was nervous about trying. However they set me at ease and I felt very comfortable.
I enjoy the privacy of the suite! I love to sauna, but dislike having awkward interactions with others. So this was perfect. I look forward to returning.

I love the private suite.
I try and sauna once a week. I work full time in a helping profession, have a young active dog, and have a toddler. My 40 minute sauna session is one of very few times I get to focus just on me. I recently was traveling and missed two weeks, and I could tell. I feel clearer-headed, more focused, and physically refreshed. I'd also dodged every cold and virus the past few months until I missed two weeks, which seems like a clear indication of what it does for me.
As for Perspire Fishers specifically, I'm always able to find a time that works for my schedule, everything is always ready when I get there, and I've always had questions answered quickly and with a smile. Honestly it's been the best decision I've made for myself the past few months, without question.
The service was excellent. In addition to that, the experience was extraordinary. I left feeling renewed and eager to return and get a membership.
I really enjoy the private sauna experience and that the suites have showers to refresh in afterwards. The staff are always very friendly and make it a wonderful appointment every time I go.

Lots to offer. Clean, safe environment to relax and unwind in your own space. The sauna spa rooms offer options like showers to rinse off as well as snow shower option like a cold plunge in the shower. The sauna rooms are nice with different lighting options and the ability to watch a big screen tv while enjoying each sauna session. Friendly staff and different hydrating options at the entrance.
I leave feeling loose, clear-headed, and calm—and that calm lingers for two or three days afterward. Truly therapeutic.

First time going to Perspire. Very clean, beautiful and relaxing saunas. Staff are so sweet
My first experience was great, obviously as I went home and joined. The only disappointment was the length of time that the salt mister actually went off. The website states 20 minutes and I was told once at your location times could vary due to the heat of the sauna. The salt misting in my IR Sauna lasted just under 19 minutes today with a temperature of 143 degrees.
