Fantastic staff and beautiful space that feels like a spa. Very high quality and exceptionally clean infrared saunas. The Sno cold shower is a big plus. They also have an add-on halotherapy salt treatment - excellent for allergies.

This was a first experience for such a service and I have to say it was AMAZING! I have an autoimmune disorder and I can see this being helpful. The studio is extremely clean, calming and beautiful. The owner was so kind and very helpful walking us through our first service. I will definitely be back!
