Kate was amazing and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed as this was my first visit. Everything is so clean.And getting to spend 40 minutes relaxing, listening to whatever music or watching a show was great. I have neuropathy in my feet and nothing relieves the pain but I could feel the stiffness in my joints loosing and the inflammation settling as I relaxed.
Clean environment, friendly staff, simple and straightforward booking process. The water fountain is much appreciated! Love coming here.

Love the ability to watch tv while you’re in the sauna that’s so fun!! Love the towels & the friendly staff who always make you feel like there’s never a dumb question. Love the option of a shower as well when needed

Walking through the doors feels like stepping into a five-star resort. The level of professionalism here is truly rare, it’s becoming a lost art, and Perspire never lets it slip. The facilities are immaculate every visit, and the infrared sauna alone is worth it. But more than anything, this place gives you something you can’t put a price on: a genuine escape from everyday life. Everyone needs that.

I highly recommend Prespire red light sauna. I am addicted to this sauna therapy! I sleep much better, my skin is radiant and my skin elasticity has improved drastically. I have already referred 3 friends to this sauna and they all love it!

I love you guys! Everyone is so so friendly and accommodating. Even if something isn’t perfect, your staff are absolutely fantastic and are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I have a good experience. Sitting down and chatting with them before/after a session is almost better than the session itself! They’re seriously fantastic.
My first experience was great, obviously as I went home and joined. The only disappointment was the length of time that the salt mister actually went off. The website states 20 minutes and I was told once at your location times could vary due to the heat of the sauna. The salt misting in my IR Sauna lasted just under 19 minutes today with a temperature of 143 degrees.
Definitely added to my favorites. The team did an amazing job walking me through everything, especially since it was my first time. The space was clean, calming, and easy to settle into, and the staff made the whole experience feel effortless. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to coming back.
