I have trusted Zerorez for several years and multiple services, including carpet cleaning, vent cleaning, and tile grout steaming. With three cats, it's important to me that my house look and feel (and smell!) clean, but also that the products are safe for them. I'm fairly sure each of the technicians has received safety and sensitivity training, because they are very considerate of letting me know where they are in the home and what they are doing. As a woman, this means a great deal to me, and it's been consistent across multiple technicians over the years. It's a big part of why I recommend Zerorez!
