The guy called ahead. He was on time very professional very efficient. Got it done. Got it clean and he was out of here.

Thorough and stand behind service. One technician had trouble with his equipment and had to rush through the work. Not tech's fault, but the work wasn't as thorough as usual. When it began drying we could see stripes, so Zerorez stood behind their warranty and sent another crew out for a free do-over.
