I fell like the carpet clean service does a much better job, of removing stains and does not leave a soapy film on the carpet, than some of the other carpet cleaning services. The carpets seem to take less time to dry without all the soapy residue.

Jason was very timely, polite, and worked diligently.
Technician was polite, accommodating and came within the window that was given to me. He called 20 minutes before arriving. A stain came back the next day that was treated while he was here. It was gone when he was here. I called and they will come back to fix the stain. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Zerorez. We have used them for years.
