I like that they brought their own water that was specially made for carpet cleaning. My carpets look like new. I had some bad stains on my carpet and he got all of the stains out. My daughter said it looks like brand new carpets. I will definitely use this company any time I need carpets or furniture cleaned.
It does a good job in a short period of time, maybe a little too short. There were a few spots missed but most came out quick. It looks good.

I have been using your services for more than 15 years I think. I love the product because it is a real clean, not a chemical clean. There is no residue left on the carpet that just gets dirty again or it comes up through the carpet. And because there are no chemicals involved, it is much healthier for everyone in the household, including the pets. I have had my carpets cleaned 19 times by you, according to the technician that most recently cleaned them. Every technician I have had through the years has been professional and well trained to do a good job. And the most current technician I had was exceptional. Even the receptionists are always professional & accommodating. It is a pleasure to be able to rave about your company!

Our provider was very nice and there were no side issues as she protected corners, etc...... stains on small rugs only came partly out...... otherwise all went well.
