Very profesional at every step of the way, from scheduling the work, to each of the promised contacts prior to the work, to the workers that performed the service. Prompt, clean, and friendly. Pricing was very much in the competitive range. Did not try to up-sell us on other services, but did mention a protectant additive that we did take advantage of, given that the pricing was more than aprporiate for this add-on. Overall, we are very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone in need of upholstery cleaning.
